  • F = Facilitation – facilitate compliance discussion and building trusted relationship amongst internal and external organisation.
  • A = Actualisation – Actualise the HOT (Honest; Open; Transparent) team within the organisation
  • C = Consultation – Consultation offered on any charity governance issues, providing bespoken governance support. This includes support in devising, designing, and updating policies and systems (formations and registration of organisations)
  • T = Training – Training designed to incorporate all aspect of charity management/leadership. This will also include roles and responsibilities of trustees.
  • S = Sourcing – Sourcing funds for non-profit organisations
